I have been working on a super special project since last November, making 250 pairs of these bright orange and purple heart runners beads for Beads of Courage UK.
The countdown is on, the TCS London Marathon will be on the 23rd April 2023 and 500 marathon runners raising money for Children with Cancer UK will be wearing these very special Courage Bead pairs on their laces. At the end of the marathon the runners will keep one bead and send the other with a note of encouragement to a child or teen coping with serious illness.
It's a privilege and a pleasure to be involved with such an uplifting and inspirational project.
